Too Tight Sleeves...

Another thing that was found under the Bed That Cleanliness Forgot was a wonder woman t-shirt. I used to love it! I would probably never wear it now but I don't like throwing clothes away because you never know, one day all of my clothes might be dirty and I'll have nothing to wear so I'll be forced to put something old on, or I might want older clothes for a water fight in the summer! Either way, I tried it on the the arms were too tight! It felt like the fabric was cutting through my shoulders. So - because of the whole not throwing things away - I decided to cut the sleeves off.

First, make sure that your t-shirt is flat other wise you'll be cutting wonky.
Then start cutting down the seam of the sleeve, this makes sure that you're cutting the right place so the straps aren't too think or too thin, it also makes sure that they are even.
Once you get near the bottom of the seam cut over it so that your cut goes further down the t-shirt than the original seam does. This means that your cut will be loose on your arms. don't worry about making the sleeves completely even, once it's on you won't be able to see.
I know it's really simple but I just thought you might want to know.

Longer lashes...

Everyone wants long eyelashes? Yeah? So I just thought you might want to know one simple step to longer lashes.
All you need is some Vaseline and a mascara brush....

Basically, Vaseline locks in the nutrients or something like that (I'm not too sure...) in your eyelashes that helps them grow (this I do know). So, all you have to do is before going to bed dip a clean mascara brush into the Vaseline and put it on your eyelashes as if it were mascara, a lot of it! Then go to sleep! That's literally it. You can do it in the day but then you have like gloopy eyelashes and people will think you've got conjunctivitis or something. Where as using it at night it's gone by the morning.
the best thing is you can pretty mush get Vaseline anywhere, Tesco, Boots, Superdrug.... where ever!

It's Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model again tonight and you better be watching it because everything's gone underwater! There's 11 girls left in the house now but my favourite to win went out last week! I loved Jessica.... now I just hope Sarah or Laura win because these were my favourites from the first episode and I think they're different. new...

So every year my school gets a day off because we have this jubilee thing (we basically get a day off to go to a fair...) and so this year I decided to go shopping instead while all other schools were in hahahhaa!

but I just wanted to post about my new earrings!!! I love them!

I absolutely love these I think they're so pretty but I have no idea when I will wear them.

I also got these which I thought were nice because they're plain and they came in a pack of 2 - in gold and silver - so will go with anything. I also thought they were a good size because they're not too big that they'll get on my nerves.

Anyway, that's all I got in my summer shopping. Have a good summer!

New favourite...

We loveeeeeeeee clothing with details on the back! It's so pretty! Plus you can wear something plain on the front but it's still dressed up with the detail on the back. You can find dresses or tops with back detail anywhere now too. I got one in primark?! (for 4 quid as well!) here's some favourites...

Then this is my top (that's why the picture isn't great haha) but I really like it because it's simple and goes with anything. It can be everyday or going out

We also liked Carrie's dress on the Carrie diaries, the dress she wore on the final episode because the back was really nice! But the front of it was a bit... pink? I don't know how to say it? frilly, pleated, fancy? I don't know but we loved the back of it!

DIY...

So we go through like, a billion magazines, and once we have read every single word and looked at every single picture of some ridiculously gorgeous person, we don't really know what to do with them and they just end up sitting in a pile some where. So what we decided do is stick all our favourite pages and pictures on our walls. I am also in love with Marilyn Monroe and love her quote: 

"Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius and it's better to be absolutely ridiculous than absolutely boring"

so I decided that I wanted it on my wall and used my magazines to do this! I know it's really simple and not that amazing but I think it looks really good and makes the walls of my room a lot less boring and more me.

But the best thing about this is you can do what ever you want with them and use whatever pictures you want too.

In love with...

Skater dresses.
They are so simple but we are in complete and utter love with them! They can be worn whenever, wherever, for whatever, because they are so simple and can be so easily dressed up! For the day you could just wear it with a denim jacket and trainers, but then at night it can be dressed up with high heels a leather jacket and some jewellery!

Basically a life-saver...

The greatest thing in the world at the moment for hair has got to be Batiste Dry Shampoo! It works so well, and you can get so many different scents or colours and even ones which volumise! (Is that how you spell it?) Any way its a life saver and if you haven't got any we recommend it because it makes mornings so much easier.
